GREEN SMOOTHIE
INGREDIENTS
- ½ Cucumber
- 1 c Spinach
- 1 Knob Ginger
- 1 Lime, juiced
- 1 Apricō Hydrate + Replenish Packet
- 1 tbsp Almond Butter
- ½ c Ice
GARNISH
- Almond Butter
- Lime Wheel
DIRECTIONS
- In a blender, add cucumber, spinach, ginger, lime juice, almond butter, ice, and Apricō Hydrate + Replenish Packet.
- Blend until well combined.
- Pour mixture into serving glass and top with extra almond butter.
- Garnish with a lime wheel and enjoy!

FROZEN ROSEMARY MULE
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Lime, Juiced
- 12 oz Ginger Beer
- ¼ oz Rosemary Infused Honey
- ½ Rosemary Sprig
- 1 c Ice
- 1 mL Apricō Vitamin D3+K Drops
GARNISH
- Rosemary Sprig
- Lime Wheel
DIRECTIONS
- In a blender, add lime juice, half of the ginger beer, rosemary, honey, ice, and Apricō Vitamin D3+K Drops.
- Blend until well combined.
- Pour mixture into copper mug, and top with remaining ginger beer.
- Garnish with lime wheel and rosemary, and enjoy!

BERRY SMOOTHIE
INGREDIENTS
- ½ c Raspberries
- ½ c Blackberries
- 1 c Frozen Strawberries
- 1 Lemon, juiced
- 1 Apricō Hydrate + Replenish Packet
GARNISH
- Berries
- Lemon Wheel
DIRECTIONS
- In a blender, add raspberries, blackberries, strawberries, lemon juice, and Apricō Hydrate + Replenish Packet.
- Blend until well combined.
- Pour mixture into serving glass, and garnish with skewered blackberry and raspberries, and lemon wheel.
- Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS
- 1 c Frozen Pineapple
- ½ Banana
- ½ Mango
- ½ c Coconut Water
- 1 Apricō Hydrate + Replenish Packet
GARNISH
- Chia Seeds
DIRECTIONS
- In a blender, add pineapple, banana, mango, coconut water, and Apricō Hydrate + Replenish Packet.
- Blend until well combined.
- Pour mixture into serving glass, top with chia seeds, and enjoy!

NIGHTCAP TEA
INGREDIENTS
- 1 tsp Dried Lavender
- 1 tsp Dried Rosehips
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1 mL Apricō Sleep Easy Drops
- ¼ c Pomegranate Juice
GARNISH
- Rosemary Sprig
DIRECTIONS
- In a french press, add dried lavender, rosehips, and hot water.
- Steep for 3 minutes.
- Strain into a mug and add Apricō Sleep Easy Drops, pomegranate juice, and honey.
- Stir until well, combine, and enjoy!
